- Job file creation & management including, but not limited to expense tracking & updating project file notes
- Schedule coordination for Estimators & Construction Manager
- Prepare & send necessary documents for signatures
- Maintain client communication through duration of each project
- Manage onboarding of new subcontractors
- Minimum of two years administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to plan, organize and use time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
- Experience in restoration or construction industry preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree preferred but not required
- Monday- Friday 8 A.M.- 5 P.M.
