SERVPRO of Allentown is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a heavy hitter to lead our Mitigation Department. This isn't just a "supervisory" role—it’s a fast track to a Production Manager position for someone with the drive to own the job site. If you’ve got restoration or construction experience and you're tired of being "just another tech," it's time to lead the green fleet.

The Mission
As a Crew Lead, you are the "Field General." You’ll manage the front lines of water, fire, and mold restoration projects from start to finish.

Command the Site: Work independently or lead a small crew of technicians to execute high-quality mitigation.

Expert Execution: Handle everything from initial demo and drying to documentation and equipment setup.

Customer Hero: Be the professional face of SERVPRO, communicating clearly with homeowners and adjusters during their time of need.

Operational Excellence: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and job files are completed with precision.
What You Bring to the Table

The Experience: Proven background in Restoration or Construction/Remodeling. You know how buildings work and how to take them apart safely.

The Credentials: IICRC Certification (WRT/ASD) is highly preferred. If you’ve got the certifications, we’ve got the compensation.

Leadership Grit: You’re someone who leads by example, isn't afraid to get dirty, and knows how to keep a crew motivated and efficient.

Reliability: You’re ready for the 24/7 nature of restoration, including emergency rotations and plenty of OT.

The Drive: You don't want to stay a Lead forever—you want to manage the whole department.
