Fleet & Logistics Strategist
Keep the Heroes Moving. At SERVPRO of Scranton, our field teams are structural heroes—but they can’t save the day if their vans aren't ready or their equipment isn't staged. We are looking for a high-energy Fleet & Logistics Strategist (Warehouse & Fleet Manager) to be the backbone of our operation.
If you are a master of organization, a wizard with vehicle maintenance schedules, and someone who takes pride in a "lean" warehouse, we want you to lead our logistics in Scranton.
The Impact You’ll Make
You aren't just managing "stuff"—you are managing the speed of disaster recovery. Your efficiency directly impacts how quickly a family can return to their home after a flood or fire.

The Fleet: Oversee maintenance, GPS tracking, and cleanliness for our iconic green fleet. Ensure every van is a rolling billboard of excellence.

The Warehouse: Maintain a "5-Star" warehouse environment. Inventory control, equipment staging, and consumable replenishment (PPE, chemicals).

The Equipment: Manage our arsenal of air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty restoration tools. Ensure everything is tested, cleaned, and ready for the next call.

The Team: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure crews have exactly what they need before they leave the shop.
