Location: Scranton, PA

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)

Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

SERVPRO of Scranton is looking for a bright, energetic, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a trusted leader in the restoration industry, we help our neighbors rebuild their lives after fire, water, and storm damage. We need a professional who can be the calm, reassuring voice on the other end of the line for our customers, while keeping our office operations running like a finely tuned machine.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • The Voice of SERVPRO: Answer incoming customer calls with empathy, professionalism, and confidence. You’ll log loss information, dispatch crews, and provide stellar customer service.

  • Digital Command Center: Manage our job-tracking software, handle data entry, generate reports, and maintain accurate digital customer files. (The entire position revolves around computer use!)

  • Office Operations: Support the management team by coordinating schedules, handling billing/invoicing paperwork, and keeping office supplies stocked.

  • Communication Hub: Act as the vital link between our customers, insurance adjusters, and on-site production crews.

Qualifications: Who You Are

  • Experienced Pro: At least 2+ years of previous Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator experience.

  • Phone Superstar: A strong history of handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls. You possess a warm, confident, and professional phone presence.

  • Tech-Fluent: Advanced computer skills are a must. You are highly comfortable learning proprietary software, navigating cloud-based systems, and mastering the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Detail-Oriented & Empathetic: You can catch the small mistakes while showing genuine care for customers who may be experiencing a stressful property emergency.

  • Local & Reliable: Living in or near the Scranton area with reliable transportation for a Monday-Friday schedule.
